ABOUT THE CREATOR
"I grew up in Minnesota, land of (more than) ten thousand lakes. I mostly fished for northern pike, walleye and muskies. At the age of ten, I bought my first fly rod with my allowance at Old Faithful Lodge in Yellowstone Park and used it to catch my first trout. From that day forward, I was hooked! I’ve spent over fifty years as an avid fly fisherman, and I've worked as a sales representative and professional fly fishing instructor for the better part of the past decade.
As a fly fishing instructor, I was able to closely observe the biggest obstacles faced by beginner fly fishing students when learning to cast. After spending countless hours on the water contemplating improvements to existing fly fishing devices, I crafted the PerfectCast to help fly fishing students of all ability levels improve their cast with ease and e-fish-ency.
